Webley Safe opening

Another safe manufacturer of West Bromwich, A. Webley also branded Webcot. The key to this safe was lost years before but they continued to use it just shutting the door. Unbeknownst to my customer the lever springs had fatigued and broken through age. Gravity slowly slowly pulled the bolt down, and opening and closing the door helped to vibrate the levers into position. Yes, physics and nature picked the lock closed causing a lockout. Alan Morgan Master Locksmiths attended and gained entry without drilling or damage, thankfully without overlifting any of the dodgy levers which would have been embarrassing. Lock all repaired and rekeyed to differ, moving parts lubricated and with a nice cuppa so was I
