If you are having problems with a safe, the more information you can provide the better. Our Safe Identification page will help you with some of the information we need, but any of the following is useful to us:

  • Make or manufacturer of the safe, or any name printed on it
  • The shape of the handle on the safe – is it a wheel? a lever? does it have spokes? how many spokes?
  • The location of the safe handle in relation to the keyhole
  • Is the safe free standing? underfloor? wall mounted?
  • What colour is the safe?
  • Is the safe opened with a key or a combination? Is there an override key?

If possible, attach a picture of your safe or text it to 07976272132 – this is the most useful information of all!
