Unable to open Phoenix safe

Customer unable to open Phoenix SS1180 Fortress safe with key. Even smaller safes need servicing occasionally, only one screw left holding boltwork together so a lockout was imminent. But before that caused a problem, this component inside the lock snapped. The key turned but safe stayed locked. #Safecracking near Northampton. Opened and repaired with new lock from stock.
