To gain entry to houses

Daytime rate £50 all inclusive. OAP and student £45.
Evening rate £80 all inclusive.
Overnight £130 all inclusive.
Our quoted prices are what you pay, not a low estimate to hook customers. If it takes a little longer than we expect it will not cost you any more. Any new locks requested are charged at RRP.
We expect to pick open 5/6 pin cylinder locks and British Standard 5 lever mortice locks without drilling or damage. Multilock, Bilock, Ingersoll, Banham can all be picked but may take more time than you wish to spend outside.
Commercial properties and those with exotic locks like Abloy may incur a higher charge.
For jobs further away, a charge for travel will be added.

Lock Changes and Upgrades

Supply and install replacement 'Yale' type rim cylinder £65 all inclusive.

Supply and install replacement cylinder to PVCu door £70 all inclusive.

Supply and install British Standard mortice lock to wooden door £80 all inclusive.

For rim locks, garage doors, shutters, aluminium and APG doors or high security locks please phone.

For jobs further away, a charge for travel will be added.

Safe Opening

          If your safe eats up twice as many drill bits as expected or takes far more time than planned,
          do not worry, our quoted price to you always remains the same.^*

          The highest quality safe or the cheapest digital safe, they can all sometimes go wrong.

Keys can be lost or burglars cause damage in their attempted attack.

Basic digital and some fire safes are charged at standard door opening rates.

For lost keys

Older safes with brass handles can be picked open and new keys made from £200 all inclusive.

Domestic plate safes can be picked open and a new lock fitted from £235 all inclusive.

Better quality commercial safes are priced by their insurance grade and the locks fitted.

Grade 0 from £240, Grade 1 from £300, Grade 2 from £360, Grade 3 from £450.

We will change the lock so that lost or stolen keys can not be used.

          If another 'locksmith' has already tried drilling your safe and failed, then our job could be far
          more difficut and involved. Always ask why they are drilling and how they will repair it before
          letting them damage your property.

Key or combination not working

Quality safes have complex door mechanisms which can go wrong. Correct diagnosis of

the problem is essential and requires expert knowledge. Best and worst case estimates

can be given over the phone if enough information is provided. Exact prices can only be

          calculated after examining the safe. Photos are a great help please.
